About the Team
The Global People Development team at Nutanix is a diverse group of team members spread across AMER, EMEA, APJ, and India regions. They have recently achieved success by launching global programs focused on developing managers and emerging leaders within the organization. What sets this team apart is their commitment to fostering talent and growth on a global scale, utilizing a combination of innovative strategies and cross-cultural perspectives to drive development and advancement within Nutanix. Your Role
  • Partner with Operational Strategist to maintain and update the global training schedule, ensuring accurate representation of classes and events across regions.
  • Assign instructors to classes and coordinate with global offices to book locations for in-person training sessions.
  • Maintain the global mailbox and direct team members to respond as appropriate.
  • Manage the administrative platforms for key assessments and intact team workshops (i.e. Gallup CliftonStrengths 34, DiSC, 5 Behaviors).
  • Create surveys for programs & offerings aligned to measurement strategy.
  • Coordinate communications across programs and offerings to ensure seamless delivery from start to finish.
  • Program & Budget Management: Track detailed timelines, submit contracts to procurement, and monitor expenses in collaboration with internal stakeholders. 
  • Manage end-to-end vendor relationships & engagements including maintenance & renewals for Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs), and communication/follow-ups between participants and vendor
  • Partner with the Learning Technology team to fulfill LMS requests for course creation and ensure a smooth course schedule.
  • Support team growth by collaborating and influencing without authority, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Support the team with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth training operations.

 

What You Will Bring
  • English language proficiency to support delivery of global offerings
  • Experience coordinating across diverse cultural and regional contexts preferred
  • The ability to operate independently to deliver training in a corporate learning environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SurveyMonkey or similar tools.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills with experience managing complex schedules.
  • Experience in managing procurement and budgetary tasks.
  • A background in Education, HR, or Business Administration, with a passion for employee development.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
